Hotels IT Ltd was set up in 1997 as DBXNET Ltd to develop systems for niche markets especially supporting databases across networks. Since 2000 the company has concentrated on the hotels industry, and offers facilities management support to many hotel groups, and supports Express By Holiday Inn, Days Hotels, Holiday Inns, and others.

Hotels IT supports a number of systems and stays with issues till resolved. Our philosophy is that if you think it’s not fixed, it’s not fixed.

 

Our standard contract is payable monthly, making for easy budgeting, and we always include an onsite periodic health check. We maintain an online support system so that we can access systems as quickly and efficiently as possible, keeping your costs down.
